I didn’t realize it at the time, but I started creating The TCO Method™ back in 2015 when I was working primarily with large commercial multifamily operators across the US in my role on the supply side of the industry.
The access level I had to dozens of operations at the senior VP and C-suite taught me a ton about the industry, owner priorities and the way leadership viewed their business.
I was able to identify patterns and similarities across the industry and would offer solutions that one customer had already implemented to other customers struggling with those same issues, while selling products that met their needs and helped them make money by solving some of those operational problems.
Fast forward to today, I don’t sell products anymore – but I still help investors, owners and operators make more money.
